Collection and Submission of PII and Non-PII

When Spacejet collects PII from You it is because You are voluntarily submitting Registration PII to Spacejet in order to use Spacejet’s services and products. Spacejet may also collect PII from You when using Spacejet services or products, or that is generated in the course of the use of those services or products (including the timing, frequency, and pattern of service use), when You choose to subscribe to Spacejet’s email notifications and/or newsletters, when You provide Spacejet with content or suggestions You submit to Spacejet for review or publication to the internet, and any information contained in or relating to any communication that You send to Spacejet or send through Spacejet’s website.
In addition, Spacejet collects other non-PII including IP address, geographical location, aggregate user data, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths from You. Retaining PII
PII that Spacejet processes for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is reasonably necessary for those purposes. Without prejudice to the foregoing sentence, Spacejet will endeavor to delete PII within three (3) months of any written request You submit requesting that Spacejet do so, so long as such request does not affect Spacejet’s ability to provide You with any service or product.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Spacejet will retain documents (including electronic documents containing PII in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Spacejet, its affiliates, or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iii) comply with the law or legal process to the extent required by law.
Security of PII
Spacejet uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard PII and credit card information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. In addition, Spacejet uses reasonable methods to make sure that PII is accurate, up-to-date and appropriately complete. Spacejet will store all PII provided by You on a secure (password and firewall protected) server. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure and Spacejet cannot and does not guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password allowing access to the Spacejet website. Except when prompted to enter Your password on the login screen, SPACEJET WILL NEVER ASK YOUR FOR YOUR PASSWORD.
How to Access, Correct, or Change Your Preferences Regarding PII
You may review Your Registration PII Spacejet maintains in its records. Spacejet will take reasonable steps to correct any PII You inform it is incorrect. If You ask Spacejet to stop using Your PII, Spacejet will honor that request while retaining any record of Your PII that is necessary to comply with applicable law.
