About the Principals:
Jitin Ahuja, CEO (LinkedIn)
Mr. Ahuja has over 19 years of experience with the last 15 comprised of developing, building and leading internet based businesses. Most recently, he helped grow Identity Guard’s super-affiliates to represent lion share of the orders at an acceptable IRR. Previously, he received the principal recognition level at Respond.com for building a thriving line of business from scratch (WiserAdvisor.com), providing leadership to the US based team and manufacturing a new lease on life for the organization.
Prior to that, Mr. Ahuja bootstrapped several e-commerce based models that subsequently merged with Respond.com. Initially, he started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and graduated from a 5 month training program encompassing IT, ERP, System Methodolgy and Change Integration principles. He focused on Business Process Re-engineering, PeopleSoft Financials and Value-Added Resellers.
He has a MBA, MS and three bachelor degrees from University of Maryland at College Park along with graduate certifications in Innovation Management, Project Management and Leadership Communications. He has also taken the CPA and CFA review courses and possesses his Series 6, 63, Group I, P&C, Real Estate and Mortgage licenses.
Brady Moritz, CTO (LinkedIn)
Brady has over 20 years experience in entrepreneurship and 15 years in technology. He co-founded Fitiri Inc. in 2001 and grew the company’s consulting business while simultaneously building a product line for the energy industry. He led development of the Fitiri’s PlantMS and RigMS energy CMMS systems for drilling and process plant clients. The product line utilized industrial-grade mobile computers with RFID technology to assist drilling and chemical process clients with asset management in challenging environments. Brady exited Fitiri after a successful asset sale to National Oilwell-Varco, the world’s largest oilfield supply company.
Prior to starting Fitiri he was a business analyst with Shell Oil Company where he participated in Shell’s retail energy startup named Shell Energy. Brady was instrumental in developing and deploying billing and EDI systems for Shell Energy, and in successfully launching the company’s services into several deregulated energy markets.
Brady’s primary focus since 2011 is his position as CTO of SpaceJet Media LLC, a digital marketing company. He has also built a sizeable portfolio of internet properties including a collection of domain names and a network of successful websites. Brady also enjoys angel investing in promising tech startups and is involved in the local startup community in Houston.
Brady holds a BS-CIS and a MAIS in CIS and Business from the University of Houston- Victoria. He has been a member of Mensa since 1993.
